We can estimate the total build cost of your project from a set of architectural drawings, once these have been approved by your local authority we can go down to detail with an exact quote for the work. With all the hassle of moving, most people find they are happier to extend on their current dwelling rather than move. A good indication as to whether you may be able to get planning permission is to look at your neighbour's properties and see what they have been allowed to build. Your local authority will assess each project on its own merits and advise you as to what may be passed.

Building regulations are also required and with this comes regular site visits by planning control officers to check on what's being built and that it meets the building control standards.
